Bedroom Textiles

I've been attempting to decorate my bedroom since I moved into this house over five months ago, and it hasn't been easy.

I've had this duvet cover from Pottery Barn for awhile now, and I love it, but finding a corresponding pattern that goes with the toile for shams and curtains has been extremely problematic.  The walls of my room are a medium grey color and I have white furniture, and there is no shortage of yellow and grey fabrics on the market now, so you'd think no problem, right?

I've gone through two different sham sets that didn't match the yellow or work with the grey. I bought white curtains that had really shiny stripes and did little to filter the full sun coming through my west-facing windows.  I also have a black and white chevron rug that looks great with the toile, but limits my options in the textiles department as well.

I have scoured every purveyor of bedding and fabric I knew of or could find through search engines for months and months with no luck - but finally had a breakthrough today!

I found Lewis & Sheron Textiles through a big little blog called Little Green Notebook, which I've been following for awhile now (Jenny Komenda is a super talented interior designer and her blog has helped me make a lot of decisions about the decor in my home!).

I ordered a bunch of beautiful swatches that I'm very excited about and hope that they will work as curtains or shams or throw pillows.  I also need to make a cushion for the long "hope" chest that's now in my bedroom that I'd like to use as a bench (since I done lost hope a long time ago - just kidding).

I'm voting for the Greek key print on the left - and not just because it's $20 cheaper a yard.
I really like both these prints.  Depending on how the swatches look in real life, I might be tempted to use both in that room.

I also saw this photo on livelikeyou.com when looking for Greek key shams and I was inspired to find faux fur shams instead!  Since I'm going for a Hollywood Regency vibe throughout the house, these might give that added layer of texture to my bedroom that it's missing.  We'll see, though.

Any suggestions?
