Dear purse/workbag/garbage bag, you've really outdone yourself today, in terms of the randomness of your contents. Once I removed the computer and two binders, I found all kinds of weird stuff.
Dear new living room rug, you are so soft and silky and sophisticated; you're really classing up the joint.
Dear Pooja, please stop sharpening your claws on my brand new couch, or I will be forced to break out the spray bottle and/or anxiety vest that you hate so much. Also, you are a big fat jerk.
Dear ABC, would you hurry up and bring me a new episode of Nashville already? Now would be good, but I can wait until Wednesday, I think.
Dear Amazon Prime, thanks for having three seasons of The Good Wife to keep me busy until there is a new episode of Nashville.
Dear Craigslist and/or eBay, I need a five-string banjo I can afford, isn't a cheap import, and is in good shape.
Dear Lake Tahoe, I'm coming to see you in a few weeks for a much-needed vacation, so if you could have good weather and relaxation for me, that would be awesome-sauce.
